As the England cricket team celebrate victory in their Ashes tour in Australia the best cyclists in the world will be talking about their own tour in January - the Tour Down Under.
To celebrate Sky Sports’ coverage of the tour, new sponsor of Team Sky, IG Markets, is giving talkSPORT listeners the chance to ride away with a Team Sky Pinarello Dogma race bike.
The bike was ridden by Team Sky’s own Aussie star Simon Gerrans in the 2010 Tour de France, and after being maintained to the highest standards by Team Sky’s professional mechanics throughout the season, will be in good working order. Gerrans is one of seven Team Sky racers taking part in the Tour Down Under, and will be heavily backed by a strong South Australian crowd!
At 1.70m tall, Gerrans’ 50 cm frame size has been made to measure, so you might want to make sure it’s the right size for you before you enter.
