Apple iPad 2 camera on leaked SDK /9to5MacThe camera on Apple’s iPad 2 is set to disappoint some, If the rumour mill is to be believed.

Screenshots of what is allegedly the tablets SDK shows that the camera will be one-megapixel and is reportedly very similar to the one on the 4th generation iPod Touch.

This compares unfavourably with the iPhone 4’s camera that is five-megapixels, the Samsung Galaxy Tab’s three-megapixel camera and the soon-to-be-released Motorola XOOM’s five-megapixel camera.

The screenshot’s were published on blog site 9to5Mac, which claims that the tablet will also support the Photo Booth app.

The iPad 2 is also expected to have an even lower resolution front-facing camera for FaceTime action – again this is expected to be similar to the one on the iPod Touch.
